The former EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of § 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).
